Origen: Paraje Valdehermoso. Heterogeneous soils of sand, gravel, clay and limestone.
Yield: 5.500 kg/Ha.
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in 18.000 kg stainless steel deposits. Malolactic fermentation in concrete.
Ageing: 9 months in cask. Used French oak from second and third wine.
